I still can’t get the move ring to even move no matter how much I work out

Move ring shows closed then regresses I’ve been noticing that my move ring makes significant progress after a workout and in some cases closes but then regresses by 50+ points. It’s super frustrating. I’ve performed all troubleshooting steps such as ensuring latest update on phone and watch as well as restarting both devices. Please help.

Move ring Please help! My move ring no longer move more than a 1/4 of the way round since I did an up date. Did read that this had been an issue, but am unable to fix it.i have re installed and updated again etc. please help as I was previously getting all 3 rings on a nearly daily basis and now I’m losing motivation. Move ring changes next day Several times now my move ring has revised itself the following day. Most recently - today I noticed that my move ring from Friday, which was at ~815 before bed had been “updated” to 730. What may be causing this? It is especially frustrating when working towards a goal and thinking you are on track - just to have it revised at a later time when it is too late to do anything to up it again. Thanks for any suggestions!!
