Apple pencil glitching on new IPad Pro

My iPad seems to have a problem, the Apple Pencil (tried 3 separate apple pencils) glitches and skips while drawing lines and often while drawing a line, shoots the line to the far edge of the screen, all while the pencil is moving.

as mentioned, tried 3 others apple pencils, and all do the same thing on this iPad, but not on older iPads.

it does this on every program that I use. (Clip studio, procreate, Geometrica, photoshop, etc...) it is extremely frustrating, and time consuming.

I had others try it to see if by chance it was just something that I was doing, and the same thing happens to them.

I reached out to Apple support, and they did a remote check of the iPad, and said everything was showing as fine.

ive tried simply restarting, re-paring the pencil(s) doing the hard reset, I’ve tried erasing and restoring, even wiping and starting fresh. It still does it.

any suggestions would be helpful.

I may have a suggestion:

If you are using a case and screen protector, try exposing some of the metal on the side of the iPad and keeping a finger on it while you write with the other hand. Perhaps when you are writing you are generating some static electricity that is interfering with the pencil and iPad.

Please post a reply if this works for you. If it does, maybe someone from apple support could chime in on an actual fix?

Hope this helps!
