A Mac computer will not run apps designed for iPhones or iPads. They run on the iOS or iPadOS operating systems and the Mac runs macOS. Some apps have versions for both iPhones/iPad and another version for Macs. Download Mac apps from Apple menu > App Store or in some cases from the developer's website. In other cases functionality that is similar to an iPhone or iPad app is accessed by using an internet browser (e.g., Safari).

You may want to check with Verizon to see if they have Lifelock for a Mac.
