Order stuck at "Processing"

I have ordered a new 2020 13 inch Macbook pro on 23 September, it is a custom order. The order processing started in the same evening. It's been 15 days now and order is still in Processing state. Is this normal or should I contact someone regarding this? The delivery date is 15 October - 22 October.

It is normal for it to remain at processing. It will go to Preparing to Ship possibly as late as the day before it ships and then to Shipped. See the following for all of the order status steps: https://www.apple.com/shop/help/viewing_changing_orders
