Contents on Screentime Feature

Is there anyway for websites or content that you have not browsed to show up on your screentime log? My son has an iphone 11 and pornography sites are showing up on his screen time log and he is adamant that he has never visited those sites. I just need to know for certain that if his screentime Log says he visited pornhub.com for 15 minutes on a certain day, how accurate that is or if there is ANY way it could be some sort of mistake or virus within the phone.

iPhone screen time showing a website I didn't visit So I wanted to know if it was possible for a website that you did NOT search up to show in your screen time. I recently went through someone’s I phone and saw an inappropriate site. When I asked about it they said they were probably hacked because they never went into the website or clicked it ( it was about 40 minutes showing that the site was used) I personally don’t believe it but I wanted input from others that know I phone more than I do. iPhone Screen Time showing website 24/7 use About a week ago I visited a website that, from subsequent googling, seems legit. However, when I checked my Screen Time for the past week this morning, I noticed that this website has been active 24/7 since the day that I visited it. I don't have the tab open in the browser and don't have the browser open. How can I identify how this website has been 'active' on my phone all day every day, and remove its access? I'm worried that it's done something nefarious to my device.
