Duplicate Business Location Apple Maps

Hi all,

My business has two locations nearby each other showing on Apple Maps, however the business only has one location. Having trouble with reporting an issue here and looking to see how i remove the other location not being used by the business without it showing as "business closed" or anything to customers. Appreciate your help

Business incorrectly listed as 'Permanently Closed' in Apple Maps A few times now people have rung my small business to ask if we are open because Apple Maps says we are 'Permanently Closed'. Steps taken so far: Have checked the details on https://businessconnect.apple.com/. It says we are open. Have tried to report the issue a number of times via the Apple Map app. Now have 5 reports in review. Looks like no one checks these. Have emailed the places-on-maps-support@apple.com, which was supplied by a support call worker. No replies. Thought Businessconnect would allow direct control of our listing but does not seem to be the case. I feel this is really bad if people think our small business is listed as permanently closed but I don't know how long we've been listed as such and what else I can do about it. btw Google Maps is listing us as open so it's definitely a Apple Maps issue. Please help.

Apple Maps bring customers to wrong location for my business When customers try to find our location it brings them to the wrong side of the building. We have lost customers frustrated when they can't find our business. Can you assist? our business is at: B & J's Vapes 898 Main Street Suite 105 Sanford, ME 04073 We are on the back side of the building between the Mill Towne Tavern, which is at: 898 main st Lower mid town mall, Sanford, ME 04073 and Puff n Fluff laundry at: 898 Main St, Sanford, Maine 04073-3576 We are all in the MidTown Mall on the back side of our building facing Riverside Ave. Entrance both on Washington Street and Riverside Ave. Can you fix this?

Apple Maps showing business permanently closed Apple Maps is showing my business is permanently closed. My business has never been closed. I just do not understand how this could happen without verification from the business owner. Attempts to correct this lead me in an endless loop. I keep being directed to the link below which states: Service Maintenance Places on Maps service maintenance is in progress. Please come back later. Thank you for your help!

Have you used the Report a Problem feature in the Maps app?
