Apple Watch Data Not Transferring

After the most recent update, a number of my workouts aren’t syncing with my phone. It’ll show closed rings on both devices, but the workout only appears on the watch and not the phone. As well, the heart rate data is also having the same issues. It’s tracks everything on the watch but only shows partial or none at all on the phone. This has never happened previously.
