Order canceled by Apple

Hi, I tried to place an order for a Macbook Pro, using the education discount (I work in a University), but when I cheked the status of my order, it appear canceled (as if I canceled). I tried to purchase the item a least 3 times but the result is the same. what can I do?

Contact Apple and ask them what the problem is. It could be any number of reasons such as your payment method contains incorrect info. We users have no idea why your order was canceled.
