During running a Zoom session I noticed that my MacBook Air has been warm or even hot. Is it normal?

Energy is always dissipated in heat. That's normal.

you could use FaceTime if the conversation is between just you 2.
i read many reviews on MacBook Airs by PC writers/users and they all stated that the heat and throttling is an issue when using a lot of apps and data. they like the MacBook air as i do my 2010 but it has its limits.

Thank you...I got it...It looks like I have some problem with my Zoom...My friend uses the same Mac as mine and we are on Zoom together but her Mac doesn't get hot at all just little warm.
