Is this message possible? I mean is it really possible to get “No Caller ID” ? I’m being harassed because this person claims to be receiving these messages from an unknown person that can’t be discovered...but upon reflection it seems questionable.

I mean is this self inflicted... are they making it look like receiving a message but actually self sending to make it look unknown or is it possible to get messages from a “No Caller ID”?
let me clarify, my ex is saying That my friends Are sending her harassing messages. I don’t believe my friends would do this but up till now I’ve accepted the above text as legit and has cost me friendships.
so I’m trying to find out if the above message is legit from an unknown sender or if she’s been playing me for a fool? Can you provide details WHY the message is legit or fake?
