MacBook Pro with US ANSI keyboard in UK

Hello,

I’m living in the UK and am looking to replace my late 2013 MacBook Pro (probably when the next generation MBP comes out). However I’m keen on getting one with a US ANSI keyboard layout (with a wide, single-row-height enter key). I actually went so far as to order a Logitech MX Keys with that layout from the USA, paying extra for duty and import costs.

Are MacBook Pros with such a layout available in the UK, or would I have to do a similar thing as when I got that keyboard?
