Will iPad ever allow the use of widgets I iPad beyond just the Today View? I’d really like to put several widgets on different screens to make great use of display real estate. Will iPad ever get the App Library? These are features on my phone that I’d really like to have at least the option to have on my iPad.

No contributors here have any idea about what may, or may not, be in Apple’s product roadmap for iPad, Widgets and the App Library.
At present, the ability to move widgets freely amongst Home Screens is a feature of iPhone only - as is the App Library.
