Random Characters and Contact in iMessage

Hi! I had something weird occur in my iMessage app, and I was wondering if anyone could help.. Here are the deets:

I had my phone on airplane mode for around 3 hours to focus on work on my MacBook. During this time, I used my laptop to send messages to friends since I didn’t want to pick up my phone at all (LOL).

When I finished up my work, I turned off airplane mode on my phone and checked my notifications. All seemed normal until I got to the messages! (See pictures)

I have no idea what this number is, as when I tap on the profile thingy, it doesn’t provide any phone number. In the “contact’s” info section, it has all of my text data under the different tabs (locations, photos, links; its all in the screenshots I’ve provided here.)

I don’t know if this is just a weird bug or if someone/thing can see my texts, but it’s making me a bit paranoid as this has never happened in all my years of owning an iPhone! Any help is appreciated.
