I read the EOL above but I am still unclear what I have to do. Is there something that Apple uses to replace Flash Player?
There’s nothing you need to do except follow Adobe’s advice and uninstall Flash ASAP. Flash was replaced by HTML5 (a worldwide internet standard) years ago. HTML5 has been built into macOS for years too. After the first of the year any website or app that still requires Flash will start failing as ALL browsers drop support for it.

What is a trusted Flash Player source? and is it a Free download?
There are NO trusted sources for downloading Flash Player. Any source offering to install Flash Player will be a scam and loaded with malware. Besides that, as of 1/12/2021 Adobe has activated a Flash Player kill switch and is blocking the playing of Flash media worldwide. Flash is no more anywhere in the world on any platform.

ADOBE DID US WRONG!!!!!
I wish Apple would come up with something better!
Apple doesn't need to come up with anything better. Flash was replaced with HTML5. YouTube and Netflix, to name two major sites, haven't used Flash in years.
The PDF format is unrelated to Flash. Nothing has changed. You can use Adobe Acrobat Reader or Apple's Preview (or lots of other applications ) to access pdfs.

That question has been answered a couple of times in this thread. HTML5 has replaced Flash. It doesn't require that you download anything to your computer. If a website hasn't been rewritten to use something other than Flash, there is nothing you can do about that.
There is no replacement. If a website owner has not transitioned to a newer, safer technology, their site content will no longer will be viewable. That's it. No user intervention is required.
No. There isn't.
Adobe announced the imminent death of Flash in July of 2017.
Contact your bank and find out what their plan is to upgrade their online banking offering.
If they don't have one, pull your money out and find another bank.
You don't want to deal with a financial institution that is that backwards when it comes to technology.
Flash is not and was NEVER secure.
Using it for online banking is just insane...

Wait I thought that Apple was gonna have something to replace Flash Drive...? I can’t believe Adobe is doing this or what their reason could be. They get people using other services due to being tied to them with drive and reader.
crazy! I could of sworn that Apple has something available. Maybe I’m wrong! Wow!
Almost no website uses Flash anymore. Flash has been replaced by more modern, more secure technologies already present in all Apple products. Flash has been considered a serious security problem for years and Adobe gave three years notice that this was coming. You will most likely experience no pain and life will go on without interruption.

Educate yourself. Adobe didn’t do you wrong. THREE YEARS AGO Adobe gave developers notice that Flash Player was being discontinued, more than enough time to recode websites to support HTML5, the modern internet standard. That some developers ignored the notice is not Adobe or Apple’s problem.
Second thing to be educated about. Reading PDF files has absolutely nothing to do with Flash Player, NOTHING! PDFs are a completely different animal. Just because Adobe created the PDF format does not mean Flash Player is required. It is not.
Third thing to be educated about. This whole Flash Player issues is NOT exclusive to Apple. Adobe killed Flash Player worldwide on ALL operating systems, including Windows Linux, etc. Flash player is dead on ALL platforms, period.
Fourth thing to be educated about. Apple already came up with something better years ago. The Safari browser can read PDF files natively. Apple’s own Preview app has been able to open PDF files for over a decade. Adobe itself has the Adobe Reader DC app that opens PDF files. There are dozens of third party apps available that open and allow editing of PDF files.
Sorry to regurgitate what others have repeated over and over again in this discussion thread but some apparently refuse to educate themselves on how things work and it gets tiring.

Use for what, exactly?
There is no flash content to play any more. Flash Player would serve no purpose if it would run...
Adobe explains in: Adobe Flash Player EOL General Information Page

The only step that you should consider is to Uninstall Adobe Flash Player using the instructions provided in: Uninstall Flash Player | Mac OS
Website providers will have to update their content delivery options, which is HTML5.

What can I use now that Adobe Flashplayer is not supported?
What can you use for what?
You will not be able to use anything to access flash content because flash is DEAD. Deceased. It is no more.
Online graphics and video. HTML5 took over that responsibility years ago and Flash has been on life support since then. Adobe finally has pulled the plug on its life support.
Again, after 12/31/2020, Flash is completely dead. Even if you have Flash player, there will be NO FLASH CONTENT. Adobe killed it.
Those sites are dead in the water if they haven't moved on from Flash. Both the server and client components of Flash were killed by Adobe.
Do I have to do anything to replace Adobe Flash Player?
