I have received notice that Adobe Flash Player will be discontinued after 2020. Do I have to do anything to replace this?

There’s nothing you need to do except follow Adobe’s advice and uninstall Flash ASAP. Flash was replaced by HTML5 (a worldwide internet standard) years ago. HTML5 has been built into macOS for years too. After the first of the year any website or app that still requires Flash will start failing as ALL browsers drop support for it.

So how do I get my cameras etc. to work now that flash is gone? I can't connect to any of my cameras anymore!!!

Once Adobe discontinues it's flash player and support of all previous versions, what options does Apple recommend for replacement?

Did you maybe have an Adobe acct using your Apple ID email?
Oh sorry you're right, it was my Mac ID not my Apple ID.
