Eufy Camera and HomeKit Secure Video
I am using Eufy cameras (2) at my home. And even though I have configured them to record 1 minute after activation I only receive a few seconds in HomeKit. Why and how do I change that?

Thank you for posting in the Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you're having an issue getting your videos to record using HomeKit Secure Video, correct? If so, we know how important it his that you're able to set the duration of your recordings, and we would love to help. The issue you're experiencing may be related to storage. Do you know if you have the 2TB plan? Streaming video and storing video clips don't require an iCloud storage plan. If you want to record your video, you need a 2TB storage plan to support more than one camera. Please check out the link we've provided below for troubleshooting, and setup help.

For this issue, it may be best to go ahead and reach out to Apple Support directly, as they will be able to confirm your configuration, settings, and ensure your iCloud account is set up correctly. To reach out to Apple Support, please visit the below link. If the recording is configured through the manufacturers app, it would be best to reach out to them directly to troubleshoot.

I already knew this and had upgraded to the 2TB plan. That does not appear to be my issue.
Any other suggestions?
