Deactivate automatic AirPlay speaker in iTunes

Hey everyone,

I moved to another city lately but iTunes on my windows computer will still connect automatically to an IKEA Sonos speaker at my parents house every time I start iTunes. If I play any music it plays the same music automatically at my parents house - which is kind of ridiculous - so I have to disable the speaker every time manually !

Has anyone an idea how to solve this issue ?

Windows, Windows 10

That's a neat trick. AirPlay is supposed to be a local protocol which should make such a situation impossible. Are your computers linked via a VPN? Try right-clicking the iTunes shortcut and using Run as Administrator. This may let you update the saved speaker preference. You can also try holding down Ctrl+Shift as you launch iTunes which runs it in safe mode and may have an impact.
