Touch Bar is not working
Hi, my touch bar for mac book pro is not working. It only allows me to adjust brightness and volume. Other than that is not working. How can I solve this?

If the SMC reset failed to restore your Touchbar
Your last resort is to Try resetting NVRAM/PRAM http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1379
If this does not bring it back to life—then you have a hardware issue, and all you can do is take it in for service:
In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test /assessment
Make an appointment for a "hardware issue"—
