No audible alerts for texts
My husband and I both have iPhone 8's. Recently, my husband has stopped receiving audible alerts for my texts. All other texts are alerted, but mine is not. Any ideas?
He might have muted you by mistake. There will be small "moon" icon near your name in message list.
Have him go to your name in the conversation and do the following:
How to unmute conversations in Messages on iPhone and iPad
- Launch the Messages app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Swipe left on the conversation you'd like to unmute.
- Tap Show Alerts.
