Ipad mini 2 display has been flickering. Apple repair the display or replace it with new one. Its out of warrenty.

You will need to pay to get it fixed if it’s broke
It’s not broken. Everything is fine . I am ready to pay . Just want the clarification Do Apple service centre repair iPad mini 2 or replace it with new one after paying charges.
