Battery health

Sir I bought an iPhone SE 15 days ago and its battery life has been reduced to 98% I just charge the phone twice a day and I never use it while charging and I never charged when it was heated up I also don’t play any games but still it’s reduced 98% percent please reply is the battery defective?
