"More gestures" are not working because of downloading "Pearson OnVue" exam software

I have a MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2016), macOS Catalina 10.15.6 and lately I have and exam and I download "Pearson OnVue" software to do the exam. But when I removed it I faced a problem that all "more gestures" are not working, that shows Desktop or App Expose by using 3 fingers in the trackpad,

System Preferences >> Trackpad >> More gestures (this not working even if they are checked in check box)

What should I do to fix it ?

Safe mode may help to troubleshoot.

How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support

Note: Safe mode prevents your Mac from loading certain software as it starts up, including login items, system extensions not required by macOS, and fonts not installed by macOS. It also does a basic check of your startup disk, similar to using First Aid in Disk Utility. And it deletes some system caches, including font caches and the kernel cache, which are automatically created again as needed.
