Earbuds skipping and pausing songs

Does anyone else have a problem using earbuds that plug into the lighting connector? Unless my phone is laying face down completely still, it just constantly skips songs or pauses and plays or activates siri. Its like my phone is having a seizure and its ridiculous. Ive tried buying new earbuds but after a short amount of time the new ones have this problems too. I have the 2020 iPhone SE and i also had this problem with my iPhone 8. I noticed its even worse with earbuds that use a dongle. I think this is a marketing scheme by apple to get people to buy airpods. Thoughts or advice??
