I'm running Iphone 8 14.0.1 and iWatch 4 7.0.2, and since the last update my VOX MAX has stopped recording, the last reading I had was Oct 1st despite running 3 - 4 times a week for over half an hour. I've tired un-pairing the watch and setting it back up again, and I've tried a full reset on the phone, but nothing is working. The watch is still showing as a data source, but nothing is recording. Any suggestions?

I was getting one VOX reading every couple of weeks, I think I finally worked out what the issue is so I thought I’d post it in case it helps anyone else - my Adidas app won’t start recording my HR until half way through a run (no idea why) so it wasn’t registering enough HR to get the Vox. I’m using a different app to record it and I seem to be getting constant reading again. This only happened since the last update, but seems to be an issue with the app rather than the watch!

When I re-calibrated it took me 2 workouts for it to start working.

Thanks for your response, I’ve tried everything listed, I’ve unpaired several times and reset the phone as well - I have tried resetting the fitness calibration data as well, but I went for a run today and it still hasn’t tracked it, is there anything else to try?
Cheers for your help with this guys - I managed to get a VOX reading yesterday several runs after I calibrated it ....although not for today’s run. I’ll give it a bit of time and see if it settles down!
