I installed macOS Big Sur but in the end I wanted to go back to Catalina in order to have a more stable OS.
I erased everything and it installed macOS Mojave. I didn't have any TimeMachine backup.
Now, I'd like to upgrade to macOS Catalina.
However, it doesn't work and I have this error below:

I managed to reinstall macOS once again by using Cmd+Option+R.
It suggested to install Catalina and not Mojave, which is weird because the first time it was only Mojave available.
Now, everything is fine and I am able to update to Big Sur.

I tried both solutions but it doesn't seem to work.
I downloaded macOS Big Sur and I still have the same issue:

Try restarting the Router and computer. There might be some network issue that gets resolved with both units being restarted.

I just tried at my office as well. It doesn't work either. I don't think this is related to network.
