External DVD drive

Mac Mini (late 2012) running Catalina, my external DVD drive (from 2014) is no longer working. It was working after Catalina upgrade, but now is struggling with ejecting. Turns out the new Mac Superdrive is not compatible with 2012 mini. Having a hard time finding one that is compatible with the 2012 Mac and also compatible with Catalina. What I'm finding appears to be compatible up to Yosemite. I'm not super tech savvy, so any suggestions are much appreciated.

I have 2 LG DVD/CD drives and they work fine with all 4 of my Mac Mini's. I have a 2010 and a 2011 both running High Sierra, a Late 2012 running Mojave and a Late 2012 running Catalina. They also work fine with older iMac that have built-in SuperDrives and newer iMacs without SuperDrives.

Thanks for your help, based on your info and the reviews I've read online I think I'll give the GP60NB50 a try. The price is right and on Amazon Prime, free returns if something goes wrong!
