Mail Drop

Does the recipient of my mail drop have to have Apple product? Just used mail drop and recipient says it requires her to open it in Outlook, of which she doesn’t have.

Per -- Mail Drop limits - Apple Support.

"Mail Drop works with a Mac using OS X Yosemite or later, an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 9.2, and a Mac or PC with an updated browser. See the system requirements for Mail Drop."
