Shipment Delayed

Hi I placed an order for I phone 11 on 16th October. The item was to be delivered by 22nd October 2020. The reference number that I received from apple has been rejected by courier agency and I don't know when will I receive my new phone

Iphone Package delayed/ delivered to wrong facility by UPs I am very nervous to know the state of my phone. I ordered a brand new iPhone 14 pro max January 27th and was given the delivered date by January 31st. Since then I found out the phone has been delivered to a different facility and they had to reroute it. I received no update about the new delivered date and was left lost. I opened a claim for a lost package and now they are investigating. Then I saw apple update my package arriving soon but UPs still says it is delayed and investigation open. What does this mean?
