Unknown service uses 10 hours screentime

Today, for the first time there appeared an app/service in my screentime and it has taken up 10 hours of my screentime. I have no idea what this is and how it got there.

the name of the app/service is "com.H443NM7F8H.CBSNews". As you can see, it says "CBSNews", which is really weird because I have never visited or used cbsnews. Can someone please help?

Thanks!

Hi bgurbaj!

It looks like no one has responded to your question. Here are a couple things that might help others answer your question:

1 Are you using the app on any other device, and are you using Family Sharing?

2 Have you downloaded the CBS News app using a different Apple ID?

3 Is the app present on your device if you search for it?

Cheers!

Hi there,

Thanks for answering my question!

This problem went away after a few days. The weird thing is that I don't have and never had the CBS News app and I also don't have family sharing enabled on this device or other devices. Even more weird is that the cbs news app is not even available for me in the app store as Im from the Netherlands.

Anyways, thank for taking time to answer my question!
