How do i stop alarm going off on watch

Since the IOS14 update my sleep/wakeup alarm either goes off on my iPhone or on my iwatch.

I don’t want to be woken by the watch so is there a way of turning off or unsyncing the alarms from iPhone to watch?

I have turned off ‘push alerts from iPhone’ but it is still happening.

Thanks

It’s really not good enough, Apple. I too want to track my sleep but don’t want a pesky alarm on my wrist! The amount of times I have over slept as I turned my alarm off on my wrist. It’s a joke.

Add an option to turn the alarm off on the watch whilst allowing sleep tracking. It’s really not rocket science

I started using an app called SleepWatch which is free and does much more than the Apple sleep tracking. I turned off sleep tracking in my watch for Apple but I use the sleep watch app so I can still track sleep. It gives you heart rate dip percentage, hours of restful/restless sleep, time when awake, and uses data from your fitness activity in the watch to determine how much your workout routine positively impacts your sleep. It’s a great app and there is a premium but I’ve used the free version for well over a year now and it has all the data I need. Hope this helps

great!

It's about going to the watch app I the iPhone and turning off Bedtime for the watch. It stays on for the phone.

Let iPhone have a scheduled bedtime with wind down and wake up alarm for each day of the week, but not synched, specially the alarm (confusingly in my case) going off on the watch..

I will try this tonight but it should do that the OP and I look for.
