Since the IOS14 update my sleep/wakeup alarm either goes off on my iPhone or on my iwatch.
I don’t want to be woken by the watch so is there a way of turning off or unsyncing the alarms from iPhone to watch?
I have turned off ‘push alerts from iPhone’ but it is still happening.

It’s really not good enough, Apple. I too want to track my sleep but don’t want a pesky alarm on my wrist! The amount of times I have over slept as I turned my alarm off on my wrist. It’s a joke.
Add an option to turn the alarm off on the watch whilst allowing sleep tracking. It’s really not rocket science

You just go to ‘sleep’ in the settings part of the watch app on your phone and disable bedtime there. Then it only uses your phone.
This isn't true. I don't have sleep turned on and my alarm only goes off on my watch.....
This worked for me: Watch app > General > Turn off 'Bedside mode'
This only works for alarm, not sleep:
Go to your watch configuration - Clock
Turn off the "Push Alerts from iPhone"

Apple could solve this with a simple option to allow wakeup alarm to play on iphone or watch or BOTH

Then wrist detection needs turned off
No that doesn’t work. That isn’t even turned on in my settings and my watch still rings.
Yeah... i tried the same and added on comments above. It works for alarms, but not for the sleep schedule. :-(
I actually put my watch on charger every night and I have to keep going to my charger and turning it off

I’m having the same problem. One day the alarm will go off on my watch and not my phone and my watch isn’t in the same room as my phone. I don’t always use my watch.
