“Find My” Disabled
Dear Apple,
Did you really send this email? I got it around the same time I got scammed, which was a couple of hours ago. According to settings, “Find My” is still completely active on my phone.

This is not Apple, this is a user-to-user forum. If Find My has been disabled on your phone you would get a message like this, but messages are easy to fake.
To check go to https://icloud.com/find and log in with your Apple ID and password. If you don’t see the phone it has been removed from your account.
How were you scammed? If someone has your Apple ID and password they could disable Find My. Have you changed your Apple ID password if your account was hacked?

Ah, I saw that. Didn’t realize it was you. Just to be safe check https://icloud.com/find and if the phone still appears you are OK.
BTW, did it install a spam calendar? If it did there’s an easy way to remove it.
h
Yes, my phone did show up. Thank you so much, this was a really stressful experience.
As for the calendar, they added an account there but I deleted it.

The Answer to your Question:
You are right. You had a scam email and Apple did not write that email to you. The scammer was attempting to lead you to a fake website so that you can input your Apple ID and Password. Glad you caught it.
