Gap between display and aluminium bezel

I'm just stating in here that I am having the same issue with my iPhone 12, though it is my dog's hair that is going into the gap in the bezel. I was able to stick a pice of paper in the bezel to try and get the hair out, but it just made it sink further. I hope that apple reads these and will be a little more careful next time around with this style of edge.

Same here. Very annoying. Manufacturing defect? Wonder if Apple would accept an exchange on this basis? Or are they all like this I wonder?

That is helpful because now I know that my phone is not meant to be like this and that I can exchange it to get a flush one with no gap or at least a small, even gap.

Don’t assume I don’t know it. You also don’t know if I passed the return window. My interest was to share outcome of my issue.

My advice is for others who might act before the time limit and have the chance of a new phone rather than a repaired one. I just tacked my post onto yours, I could have chosen the original post.
