iPhone 12 Pro speaker audio issues

I have had some unusual audio issues. Saturday morning 10/24/20, not even 24 hours of owning the phone, the speakers had reverb, static, pops and random buzzing. I did a screen recording and posted on YouTube. However the sound was mot syncing with the video. Perhaps a software issue but the sound does not seem as good as it was on my 11 Pro. I upgraded to give my mom my 11 Pro so if I return I’m phoneless during any repair or send off diagnostic. Very disappointed to say the least.

I bought my iPhone 12 exactly a week ago and when using my AirPods or my speaker while talking the other party on the phone tells me that my phone seems muffled & I cut in and out...the sound quality is choppy. I’m using my phone from different parts of my home (I currently work from home since the pandemic began), and this never happened with my iPhone 8. I feel as if I should have never upgraded!!!

Ive tried a hard reset w/the iPhone 12, unpairing & re-pairing the AirPods...it still has not fixed the sound issue.

I’ve had the same problems with my iPhone 12. Also, I’ve noticed that my sounds lower and raise intermittently. This happens with text messages and the click sound the phone makes when you lock and unlock my phone.

Does anyone has an issue with the phone speaker suddenly jam and the sound keeps playing like a broken record even though you’re no longer typing or you’re no longer playing the video? I keep having the same problem and my phone is only 1 month old.

i have the same issue when I'm making phone calls. it's like the sound of electric brush but very subtle. I had to use airpods because it's very uncomfortable. has anyone have the same specific problem with me?

Having the exact same issue! Weird question: Does anyone else who is having this problem ALSO use a wireless charger? I am contemplating whether or not the wireless magnet charger has contributed to the problem?

Tried only the magsafe charger without power and the locking sound stays normal, I don't think its a magnetic system issue but rather when the MagSafe animation shows up on the phone.

If more people reported it or if an apple influencer reported, perhaps faster. But apple may know and will fix in software update quietly.

But if it’s software related, how come only someone is having the issue ?

Yes and maybe no...if hardware I’d say certain batches may have the issue while others do not.
