Same here! The app automatically logged me out and now never lets me login. Every time I try, it just tells me again that I need to login. I’ve reported it to McD’s a few times with no response. This has been going on for 1-2 weeks, I think since their last version update.

I have had this issue for months! And when I contacted support they told me to delete and redownload which I have done many times. I don’t feel like it is a new vs old phone issue. Since it worked on my daughters XR and not on my iPhone 11pro. And it also works on her new iPhone12. So I have no idea why it will not work on my phone. It’s very frustrating. I use to use this app all the time!

Voila! I finally figured out how to restore and use the McDonald’s app after several months of it not allowing me to log in from my iPhone 11. Here are the steps: 1) Settings 2) General 3) IPhone Storage 4) select the McDonald’s app 5) click Delete App 6) go to App Store 7) install McDonald’s app 8) sign in or reset your password. Mission Accomplished!!!

I have tried that in the past. I tried that again and still does not work like others have stated. Just like everyone else, it looks like that app just wont connect to the internet or you get a application error and it says to restart the app. I have had this issue now for over a year and a half. It came across when I upgrade to a new phone. I can use the app with my login on my ipad or a different phone, so whatever is the cause, it came across from the backup when I moved over to my new phone.

tried that on my 12 max no luck wont even let me get to the point of adding a new email address ,errors out before that I have given up this is so ridiculous ,there has to be a setting somewhere that no one knows about go figure we can get a HD signal from between 50 and 200 million miles away but cant get a stupid app to work! Or a reliable cell signal 7 miles from the tower !!!!!!!

Maybe Apple’s iOS is too complicated to code for? I mean there are more applications that run on Windows when it comes to the pc ;). Still broken. Works on on my wife’s phone and iPad. But not my iPhone. Don’t get it. Must be a file hidden in the cache somewhere that’s corrupt or something. Too bad Apple locks down the iOS operating system to where we can’t easily browse where the app is installed and delete that folder, apparently just deleting the app must still leave something behind.

Totally agree there is something that is not removed after you delete/ remove the app as no matter how many times you delete app and reinstall it acts exactly the same short of completely redoing the iPhone from scratch resetting it from scratch which zi refuse to go for this stupid app seems to be the only solution and I have no way of knowing if that would fix it thus not doing that !
