iTunes Store very slow to load, and can't View My Account (on PC)
Been running iTunes on my PC for a hundred years. Running Windows 10 now with no other issues. Now all of a sudden the Store takes literally a minute or two to load, instead of 1 second. When I click on an album in the store, nothing happens. When I enter a band into the search box, nothing happens, or it takes several minutes to load. Impossible to preview songs or make a purchase, it just hangs up. Wifi connection is very strong and works for all other webpages.
I have updated iTunes recently, as well as Windows and Norton 360. iTunes, Apple and Bonjour are all approved in Norton, not blocked as far as I can tell. I've used the store for a decade with no issues. My library of songs still works, but the store is somehow slowed down to the point it is unusable for downloading additional songs. Any ideas why this is happening or what I can do?
I have signed out and back in to Apple repeatedly, the password is fine, but when I click Account>View My Account in iTunes, again nothing but white screen. What the **** is going on with this all of a sudden?
