iTunes store

Album artwork not showing in the iTunes store (shows in my library ok). Have followed instructions to completely remove and re-install iTunes to no avail. Have removed anti-virus and turned off the firewall which has not changed anything. Interestingly, the store works when I boot into Safe Mode.... This occurs without any changes. I managed to resolve the issue last week but I am not sure what I did to fix it (tried lots of things, then it started working after a reboot). I have been unsuccessful this time around.

I have Googled but most people only have issues with their library, not the store.

It's obviously a driver or service that is starting in normal mode but I have turned off most services etc.

Any help would be appreciated.
