My mac keeps on showing freezing this is the 5th time in 3 days! When i put it off and turn it back on it comes with the grey screen and a folder with question mark. Although i keep fixing it with disk utility but it’s frustrating. What is the issue? Could it be from the recent update?

Have you tried resetting NVRAM/PRAM?

yes i have know how to resolve the question mark issue but it occurs rather frequently
I will do a reset of NVRAM/PRAM now.
Diagnostics helped but it keeps freezing after few days of usage
