I can only watch two movies on Apple+!
Do I need to Cancel my subscription and re-register? Something is definitely wrong with this!
I may choose a movie then the screen comes up: “How to Watch”?
Am I doing something wrong; I’ve had this subscription for a while; does it need activation? If I get no reply on this, I’m canceling!

The Apple TV+ subscription would give you full access to the Apple TV+ catalog of Apple Original TV shows and movies. Mostly TV shows (episodic), and a few movies (including documentary style, and interview style).
Other content in the Apple TV app is not included with Apple TV+.
Unfortunately, there is currently no agreement between Apple and Amazon to allow for in-app purchases, so access to Apple TV app Channels (by subscription) and iTunes Store movies and TV shows (buy or rent) would need to be handled on a different device than Fire TV.
