Third party Anti-virus thrive on presenting you with something/anything to make you think it is working for you.

It is all about up-selling you and profit.

Typically third party AV cause nothing but added issues on the Mac.

also just to add onto leoydouglas's response, if you want an antivirus that everyone recommends, like, tbh literally everyone, apple (sorta, they don't publicize it but if you actually did have a virus they'd direct you to them), discord, and a LOT of other companies is malwarebytes, you can download it at https://www.malwarebytes.com/ (link leads to an external website of course), anything else is while yes recommended by others, not directly, explicitly recommended by apple so this is the only antivirus i'll link you too but if you want others that are VERY well trusted and known as well (just not directly suggested by apple) i can link you to them (like bitdefender, norton, etc), but honestly overall i'd just focus on malwarebytes and considering what you've said, i'd just download it just in case and run a scan, if you find a virus you could easily quarantine it, then delete it (THROUGH the app), then afterwards you can keep malwarebytes or delete it, from that point on its up to you (ok so just a disclaimer, this addition is intended to give you an option to check if its actually infected/a virus and give you the option to delete it, this shouldn't be thought of as a post to contradict leo, it is just to give you an extra option, but honestly i'd still consider this if i were you, just don't neglect it)

(from this point forward in my post can be ignored) also i'd be careful with capitalization, knowing MacOS, what you were looking at was probably "TimeD" or like, something like that, it may not be spelled or referenced like that, but just think of it as "TimeD", its like AccountsD, it isn't accountsd (d abruptly interrupting after the s), its accounts, then d is pronounced separately (so pronounced time, then d separately), if you have any other questions, concerns or honestly anything, feel free to ask/say and i or someone else would love to help further (and again, use this if you are seeking for a (basically) official way to scan and get rid of it if its real and use leo's response as overall how to take care of your mac from a security perspective, both of our posts are just as important)
