Airpods pro mutes/stops while still connected to Windows 10 Laptop

Hey, after the latest firmware update, i am experiencing connectivity issues with my airpods pro, when i connect them to my windows laptop via Bluetooth, the audio mutes/stops after some time(5 minutes)! and it keeps muted till i reconnect(Disconnecting and connecting again) my Airpods to the laptop, and the same loop happens again(the audio mutes after 5 minutes).

i have tried every solution i found on the internet, nothing seems to work!
