I keep downloading a profile and it never shows up in my settings... what's going on?

I'm trying to use "intelligent hub" app to connect and it downloads and prompts me to go to settings and touch "Profile Downloaded", but it is never there after multiple attempts from different browser apps... chrome and safari. Iphone 11 and ios14.


What's the problem? Do i need to adjust a setting on my device to allow profiles to be set up on my device?

There could myriad things going on here. There could be a profile that blocks other profiles, it could be a setting within your MDM, it could be a network issue, or it could be something else entirely.


Your best bet is to reach out to your MDM support.
