Apple watch app crash, my watch can't connect to my iphone - iOS 14.1, WatchOS 7.02

This is a serious issue, I bought my apple watch SE few days ago, I was using Apple watch 3 before. The guy in Apple Store told me to sync the old watch setting to iCloud before unpairing.

I double checked the watch has been sync with icloud before I unpair in the watch App, then I paired the new phone, everything seems fine until 2 days ago, when I wanted to change the face of the watch, I wanted to open the Watch App in my iphone and it crashed. So I updated the iOS and watchOS to the latest version - iOS 14.1; WatchOS 7.02. The issue still there.

Can anyone help?

I tried again:

  1. Backup to i-cloud (important data only as I only have 5GB of storage in i-cloud)
  2. Erase and reset iphone
  3. Restore from i-cloud
  4. Now I can delete the Watch App
  5. Download Watch App and installed, it worked and asked for pairing of watch
  6. I didn't reset my watch, just go ahead to restore FULL backup
  7. After full restore, the same issue came back.
  8. I tried to delete the watch App and I was able to delete the App
  9. I downloaded the App again from App Store
  10. It works now.
