I believe this thread started as an Issue connecting iPhone 12 via Bluetooth to models of Homewerks bathroom light/fan/speaker then others jumped in on various other Bluetooth issues like JBL speakers, cars, etc. I encourage everyone who has a Homewerks bathroom light/fan/speaker to call Apple Support at 1-800-APLCARE and request a ticket be open for tracking the obvious problem that all model Apple phones connect to this particular bathroom fan except many versions of the iPhone 12. Then call back every two weeks for update on status of the open tickets amongst many... including Homeworks themselves that sent these bathroom fans to Apple for troubleshooting.

Lawrence, great idea. I just posted a new thread focusing on the specific issue of paring the iPhone 12 with Homewerks bathroom BT speakers.
The thread is at https://discussions.apple.com/thread/252262625
Thank you!

Did we get any response from Apple yet? Is there a confirmed solution?
You will ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY NEVER get a response from Apple in this user-to-user support forum. To communicate with Apple do one of the following:
Very interesting recommendation. I will check my new iPhone 12 pro max tomorrow to see if it's still holding onto former bluetooth connections from my iPhone 11 Pro Max. I don’t think this is what's causing my iPhone 12 Pro Max not to connect to my bathroom music fan, but you never know. I’m so frustrated i’m willing to try anything at the point....Cheers.......
That is good news. I am going to try the same thing. At this point when I transferred information from my old phone to my Apple 12 pro max There were three or four devices that automatically transferred over that I did not have to search for. I do have a question though. Has anyone actually talk to Apple themselves about this problem?
I don’t like that this issue is marked “Resolved” when it is clearly still broken. I also had no issues connecting to my Homewerks bathroom speaker until I upgraded to iPhone 12.
please address the issue!!
Larry... I am the original poster and I DID NOT mark this resolved! You keep saying that but I didn’t do it... I am NOT technologically challenged either ... don’t know how it happened but I did not do it and yes this is still broke

The way the forum software works you are the only one who could have marked it resolved. No one else could possibly mark it resolved, unless they hacked your Apple ID (which seems unlikely). I’m sure you didn’t do it intentionally, but nevertheless it had to have been you. And, unfortunately, there is no way for the forum managers to undo that. I’ve asked them about that in other threads.
I just got a iphone 12pro and same issue. Works with all other iPhones in the house but not the 12.
If this doesn't get fix I will be going back to Samsung! Since what I'm reading is they are blaming the homewerks. This is a device I never had an issue with till I upgraded my phone. Checked my husband and daughters phone still works fine. How can homewerks do an upgrade? This is something Apple needs to fix.
Rob, I have four blue tooth music fans in all our bathrooms. I’m also a builder and used to buy lots of HomeWerks products. Until Homeworks and or Apple can fix the Bluetooth connectivity issues with the iPhone 12 series of cell phones I can no longer recommend HomeWerks products to my customers. I don’t have the time nor does my office staff to field customer complaints about their HomeWerks bathroom music fans not connecting. I also don’t wan’t to eat $200 plus replacing hundreds of Bluetooth music fans by HomeWerks in my complexes I build. I feel your pain Rob let’s hope Apple and HomeWerks figure this one out as I used to buy and like the HomeWerks product line including their music fan.....
Unable to pair my new iphone 12 phone to my car or speaker
Old iphone 6s worked well in the car.
Also intermittent interference heard by any body talking to me on the phone, but i don't hear it
Not sure who's fault that is.
Hey PetePPB, I think you mentioned you opened a case with Apple on the Homewerks bluetooth fan not connecting to iPhone 12. I was wondering if you had any updates from Apple to report on your case number?
I bought a new iPhone 12 three weeks ago, and I haven't been able to pair it with my MacBook Pro (2017) most of the time.
I.e. two rather new Apple devices.
It is certainly not reassuring to learn that the issue has been known for months, with no solution.
Yes, same problem - have 12pro phone and it just will NOT connect via Bluetooth to any Homewerks devices....even though they have been working fine with older phones in the house. What's the story - 12pro Buetooth issues??
I am having the exact issue with pairing my iPhone 12 to the Homewerks speaker. I can connect other devices and even my Apple Watch without any problems!
This is a ridiculous problem to have for a $1200 phone. Apple has not been able to resolve this yet..really?!?!?&) It’s a simple Bluetooth connection. Unbelievable.
I have the same problem. Try all the ways but idiot Apple 12 pro max still cannot find my Senheiser PXC550 on its Bluetooth devices list.
My 7 Plus worked & connected well via bluetooth with headphones & car headset.
