iCloud not working again

iPad storage is full. iCloud is only using 8 of 50gb. Photos are showing as 257 mb.

this is the same issue as last time when iCloud was not managing storage properly.

Any advice?

Try Clearing "Other" Storage:

See id "Other" is all "junk" (as we'd commonly say) from installed apps (i.e. caches). So, to fix this, first backup* your iPad and then restore** it from the backup. See where things go from there.
