I plug my iphone XS Max on to my Windows PC wanting to backup via iTunes. The Apple Device is detected and can be accessed after I Trust the PC from my iphone. However, in iTunes, the phone logo is not there for me to do backup and syncing.

I have already update my iPhone to the new iOS, iTunes is the latest. Restarted both my iPhone and the PC. Tried updating the Apple driver. Nothing seems to work. Anyone has any explanation to this?
