iPad Air 4 time zone not locating

Can any one help. I have a new iPad Air 4 with up to date software, but the time zone is wrong. In settings set automatically is selected, but greyed out. Time zone is just circling as if trying to find it.

I presume that you have a WiFi Only model of iPad. If so, the iPad has no GPS capability with which to find its current geographic location (and hence the local Time Zone). A WiFi Only iPad is therefore reliant upon attempting to derive an approximate location from database lookup of your public IP Address and/or surveyed location of neighbouring WiFi networks; this lookup is not always successful.

Using the illustrated settings as reference, the quickest and simplest resolution is to simply disable Set Automatically - and set your timezone manually.
