Like many others, I find this keep/clear/cancel pop-up extremely annoying. I also don't think Apple Support's earlier answer/response to be helpful or address what has got customers annoyed. Here's my issue: I have a playlist that I created from my own library. It has nothing to do with Apple Music. I want to jump from song #2 to song #5, for example. I scroll a little ways down and touch #5 and I get the keep/clear/cancel pop-up. And every single time I tap a song on that playlist, here comes the pop-up. HEY APPLE, I don't need your pop-up or help. Just play the **** song. But instead, APPLE makes it more difficult by inserting itself and turning what should be one tap on the screen into two taps. Lay off, APPLE! I know the order of songs on my playlist and I know what I'm doing. Scram!

Worked up? Really? This is another useless Apple message that turns a simple 1-step process into a 3-step process. Keep, Clear and Cancel are not well defined, and a "Don't show this again" is too much for the coders?

I remember when Apple was short, simple, and it always works. In a Windows world.

And if you confuse disappointment of seeing constant foolish changes with a product and a company we have championed for years, and difficulties getting answers... with getting worked up? Well, worked up it is then I guess. Apple has spoken.

God forbid you back to listening to your customer base.
