How to Hook Up Old Apple 30" Cinema HD Display to a new 2019/2020 Mac Pro

Greetings,

Wondering if it is possible or if anyone has successfully hooked up an old Apple 30" Cinema Display to a new Mac Pro... and if so... what Graphics Card and what adapters are needed. If it is not possible... any suggestions on a reasonable 30" - 40" monitor that has good resolution and decent pricing. I cant swing a new Mac Pro and the new Pro Display plus stand.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

May everyone stay safe!!

It should work with a USB-C to Dual Link DVI adapter.

Plug the adapter's USB-C connector into a Thunderbolt 3 port on the Mac Pro. Plug the display's DVI connector into the adapter. Plug the display's USB connector into a USB port on the Mac Pro. The display's FireWire connector is not used.
