Apple watch problem.

So I have a series 1 apple watch that I haven't used in forever, it was connected to an old phone that I sold a long time ago. So now I don't have that phone to disconnect it and the watch had a passcode that I don't remember and I can't unlock it.

Does anybody know how to reset it ?
